Students who would like to be met at the airport should forward me the name of  the airport, the arrival time and the flight number, and if possible a photograph.

The arrival time must be between 8.30 a.m. and 9 p.m. 

The student has lunch with his/her tutor. This is an ideal situation to practise everyday one-to-one conversation.

If they wish, students may have 1 or more meals per week. However, if you prefer to meet your tutor just while having a cup of tea or coffee... it is also possible!
